COVID-19 INFORMATION

This is a difficult time for everyone.  We know you are facing some difficult decisions when it comes to traveling.  We have been hit extremely hard with the number of cancellations and have had a hard time keeping up with all the phone calls and emails.  So please read this in full as it explains our current policy on cancellations.


If you booked through AirBNB:

Here is a link to AirBNB's official policy


If you have an upcoming reservation through AirBNB between today and April 14, 2020 you may cancel through them directly for a full refund.  This does not apply to guests who have already checked in, nor does it apply if you booked after March 14.


If you booked through VRBO or cousinsbnb.com

Here is a link to VRBO's new policy


If you have an upcoming reservation through VRBO or cousinsbnb.com between now and April 30, 2020, the following conditions apply:


- If your booking checks in more than 30 days away, you may cancel for a full refund.  Please contact us to do so.

-If your booking is less than 30 days from now, you may cancel and either book at a later date and you will not be charged any change fees.  You still may incur some costs if the nightly rate is significantly higher for the chosen dates.  Or you may elect to receive a 50% refund.  We realize this is not ideal for everyone, but in the end we are business that is trying hard to protect our home owners and find a policy that is fair to both sides.

-  If you chose travel insurance with your VRBO booking, you may choose to cancel for a full refund at any time.


This is a rapidly changing situation and we will update this page as policies change.  Please feel free to reach out with questions, but please refrain from pleading your specific case in an attempt to have us override these policies.
