Welcome to the sugar white beaches of Gulf Shores! This duplex offers great amenities while still maintaining the peace and quiet of a "non-condo" unit. There are two beach access points within walking distance, waterfront views of the lagoon, two pools (1 heated), hot tub, pier/dock, gazebo and privacy. Free parking for 5 vehicles per side, so a total of 10 when renting both units.

Each unit is 2250 sq ft with 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. It has beautiful vintage wood floors and 10 feet ceilings . Each unit features 2 masters with private bathrooms, a full kitchen, three balconies with water views, large TVs, updated furniture and laundry. The unit is a block over from two beach access points. One of the access points has a life guard, shower, a boardwalk and free public parking, so you don't even have to walk far. It is two miles from the main beach or The Hangout. It is a great place to ride your bike or rent one. So, you have privacy and easy beach access all in one unit. In addition to the beach, the unit is located on The Lagoon for great waterfront views and more water activities. There is a long pier that ends at a gazebo on the lagoon. Bring your fishing pole, catch some fish, clean them at the fish cleaning area provided on the pier and cook them on the grill. In the lagoon, you can kayak or paddle board (rent or bring your own), boat and play at all of your water sports like tubing or wake boarding. The pass that takes you from the lagoon to the gulf is less than a mile away.
The pools make this one of the most unique units on the beach. Very few condos even have a separate children's pool and very few houses have a heated pool and hot tub. Please Note: The pool, pier and hot tub area are shared by 8 units. The pool IS HEATED Mar, Apr, Oct, Nov
This is one of the best values in Gulf Shores for large parties to enjoy the beach and stay in one place. I live in the county and am able to ensure the unit is well maintained. My goal is to make sure your want to come back again!
This is a combined listing. This a duplex and you are renting BOTH sides. They share the same building but have separate entrances and are totally individual units. Both sides feature 2 King suites, a queen bedroom with a full bath right in the hallway, plus a "junior" bedroom. The "junior" bedroom is located at the top of the stairs and is more of a loft area. Both of the other upstairs bedrooms are able to close their doors off to this room but it remains open to the stairs. It's a perfect spot for kids! The junior room in the west unit features 2 bunkbeds while the east unit features 2 twin beds and 1 trundle.
Both units feature nicely stocked kitchens, updated furniture and tons of outdoor deck space.

Attention: There is a security camera located on the front door as well as the carport under the house.
**SPRING BREAKERS READ*** We do rent to Spring Breakers. However, if you are under the age of 25, we require an additional deposit of $500 which must be collected within 24 hours of making your booking. This is fully refundable upon inspecting the home for damage when you check out.

Rates & Availability
Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
