Looking for a Nashville vacation, but don't want the hassle and high-prices of downtown? Stay with us! This newly designed home is a cozy retreat located in Nashville’s Music Valley. The 2BD/2BA home features ample space to gather and relax, including a 4 person hot tub. With an excellent selection of local bars and eateries a quick Uber away, and only 5 miles from Nashville’s top attractions, it provides the best of what our town has to offer.

OPRY RETREAT has plenty to offer in this modern, stylish, and spacious, 2BDR/2BA townhouse. Whether it’s for a family vacation, business retreats, or even creative pursuits, such as songwriting sessions or sebatacles, our home provides a wealth of opportunities during your stay. From the spacious floor-plan of the living area, to the relaxing back deck, and the ever-popular hot tub, there is ample room to either hangout as a group or to allow everyone their own space during their stay. Everything you’d expect to have in a home is at your disposal, including a fully-stocked kitchen, a full laundry, high-speed WiFi throughout the home, as well as streaming services on all of the TVs in the home.

OUTSIDE:
Outside the living area, the front porch features a bistro set, perfect for a morning cup of coffee and breakfast. Through the kitchen and master bedroom area, there is a large back deck, outfitted with a gas grill, a bartop and four stools. Probably more importantly, the hot tub is located underneath, which seats up to 4 guests. It’s a perfect area to relax, when you’re not exploring the town on vacation or dealing with one convention event after the other. At night, unwind with a nice glass of wine and good conversation with your friends and family.

THE KITCHEN:
Our kitchen is stocked to the gills with everything you can possibly need for meal-prep, aside from the food. Ample counter-space abound, it’s a great area to start and end each day, cooking meals and catching up with your friends and family. If you need anything during your stay, we can arrange to have groceries and supplies for you ahead of your arrival, or help obtain anything during your stay.

DINING AREA:
Conveniently placed next to the kitchen, the dining table seats 6 comfortably for any meal or game night you might have during your stay.

THE BEDROOMS:
-- BEDROOM # 1: This room comfortably accommodates 4 individuals, between the Queen-sized bed and the bunk bed. Bottom bunk is a full-sized mattress, with the top bunk a twin. Other features include high-quality linens and mattresses, plenty of space to store your luggage, access to the back patio, and a fully private attached bathroom, featuring a shower/tub combo.
-- BEDROOM # 2: This room accommodates 2 individuals in the Queen-sized bed. Features include high-quality linens and mattress, along with ample closet and storage space for luggage.

LIVING AREA
--You’ll notice the living space is perfectly designed to be the heart of the home during your stay. On the clearest of days, the entire space is lit up with natural light. There’s plenty of comfortable seating, while you and your group catch up on conversation, news, movies, or whatever you’d like on the Smart TV. This is also how your party will access the front porch. On the opposite side of the living area, you have the dining table, and easy access to the kitchen space.

2 FULL BATHS: 1 master bath, and 1 shared bathroom in the hallway.

TVs & SOUND SYSTEM: One TV located in the living area. Streaming options available, so feel free to load your account and watch whatever whenever.

PARKING: There is parking available onsite.

You’ll also be conveniently located to all of the hotspots that give Nashville its signature reputation, from the Broadway honky tonks, historic concert venues, eclectic shopping and all of the famous eateries you’ve heard about. We’ve crafted our home to encourage memorable experiences during your stay, as well as to provide the perfect homebase for all your excursions in the city. We love our town and hope you have a blast during your visit.

GUEST ACCESS: Guests have access to the majority of the home, with the exception of a housekeeping closet. Other than that, you’re free to make yourselves at home wherever you’d like.

PETS:  Pets are by request only! Please inquire with us about bringing your pet by letting us know some basic information about them. A fee of $100 per pet will be charged if your pets are allowed to stay.  Evidence of unauthorized pets will cause a $300 fee to be charged.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS: While we do not live onsite, we are only a phone call away to help with any concerns or recommendations during your stay. We are a local, veteran-owned business, where the operators are native to Nashville. We offer a full line of concierge options, so please allow us to help you customize your stay. Our goal is to make your vacation as painless and hassle-free as possible, so let us do the legwork and you just sit back and relax.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
-- No parties, excessive noise, or illegal activity of any kind.
-- Check-in is any time after 3 p.m. Check-out by 10 a.m.
-- Primary renter must be over the age of 21.
-- Maximum occupancy is never to exceed 8 people.
-- 6 Guests Max at ALL TIMES.
-- Must sign a rental contract after booking is complete.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
